Dealer Support LIVE: From guest to speaker

Since Dealer Support LIVE‘s creation, we’ve invested a great deal of time and effort in refining the elements needed to make the day a successful independent event for both dealers and exhibitors.

The 2017 event had a fantastic response, with 94% of delegates confirming that they would attend again, extremely positive responses for both seminars and the exhibition, and not one negative comment at the Q&A. Based on this feedback, we are confident that Dealer Support LIVE 2018 will be bigger and better than ever!

Matt Stanley, accounts director at Coast to Coast, joined us last year as a delegate and will be speaking this year – along with Superstat’s Richard Lockley – about innovative selling. Here’s what Matt had to say about 2017:

I went to my first Dealer Support Live event in 2017, and it was so incredibly worthwhile that I am coming back this year and bringing some of my sales team with me to experience it for themselves. I want them to become as inspired and motivated as I was when I returned to the office last year.

The day was packed with up-to-date, relevant and practical content and I took away so much from the seminars – how to compete with Amazon, how to freshen up your sales team’s cold calling, how to diversify sales, how to use social media to win business – that I came back buzzing with new ideas. And the speakers were so good that I actually invited two of them to come into our office and repeat the seminars to my sales team directly later in the year.

It’s also a great place to learn about new products – I established a new contact with a webstore provider which we were very impressed with, and are looking to upgrade to next year – and also bounce ideas off other dealers.

It’s a must-do event for all dealers and well worth a day or two out of the office.”
