Exchange Communications has been named among a small group of UK resellers that will deliver a cloud solution from BT Wholesale and Avaya. The solution can enable businesses to massively improve the customer contact experience.
The business will be responsible for supporting the provision of the versatile new ACS Select product, aimed at mid-market customers seeking cloud-enabled solutions to support their growth through a unified communications approach. The Avaya cloud service is hosted on the BT Wholesale network, offering features from Avaya’s reliable IP Office and Contact Centre Select solutions. Customers will benefit from end-to-end service and flexibility as they migrate to the cloud.
