Fellowes has achieved 100% in audits undertaken under the new, more demanding ISO 14001 and 9001 standards.
The international office products supplier was awarded the status after audits of its quality and environment management systems both in Tilburg, Netherlands and at its Doncaster, UK base.
The results give Fellowes official ISO 14001 and 9001 certificates on environmental and quality management.
The ISO auditor highlighted the knowledge and competence displayed by the Fellowes employees he interacted with, commenting specifically about high standards in stock management and control, production efficiency and in customer services processes.
Ajun Budda director of European human resources at Fellowes, comments:
“We work hard to maintain excellent levels of quality across our business and we’re delighted to have been awarded this certificate.”
He added: “We’re incredibly proud of our people and not surprised that the auditor commented on how engaged, competent and professional our people are.”
