Prima Software has announced the appointment of Oliver Rowles as UK and Ireland account manager.
Since joining the business in 2014, Rowles has shown a desire to build strong customer relationships and his passion for delivering training has already made an impact through his key role in developing and delivering Prima’s weekly training webinars. He commented on his new role:
“I’m incredibly excited to work with customers in a more strategic way. Assisting customers in order to answer important queries and introducing new, more efficient procedures is something I take pride in. If I can help contribute towards that extra few percent gains in a customer’s margin by implementing more automation and identifying growth areas, then it will be a very positive move for both Prima and our customers.”
Steve Dennis, head of customer services, added: “It’s a great move for our customers to have Oliver as Prima’s UK & Ireland account manager. He consistently delivers a great level of service to our customer base, and this is a testament to the fact he has recently been awarded the 2017 Customer’s Consultant of the Year, having been named 2016 Prima Employee of the Year. Oliver’s mission is to work more closely with our SupportPLUS customers and the wider customer base to enhance the overall customer experience, and I believe his ideas and energy are perfect to bring real value to the role.”
In 2017 Prima enjoyed 19.7% growth, which it attributes to 38 dealers switching to its services. The account manager role was an obvious decision to help the business develop both new and existing long-term customer relationships. Further to this, Prima’s continued investment in development cultivated over 400 enhancements in 2017 alone; an important part of the account management role will be to ensure clients are fully utilising all new features.
