Following on from an external ISO audit by a lead auditor from ACS Registrars Limited, Advantia Business Solutions has announced that it has not only retained its ISO 9001 (Quality) and 14001 (Environmental) accreditations, but fully complied to the new 2015 standard.
Successfully passing the audit demonstrates the Advantia team’s diligence in adhering to both ISO standards. The auditor spend two days checking evidence that the management system had been both updated and adhered to in order to meet the latest standard.
Advantia’s operations and marketing director, Beck Miller, said: “We are delighted that we have passed both audits, especially taking into account the major changes that have taken place within our business over the last few months. Every year we make changes to our systems and procedures and this year has been no exception with the change of our major partners.
“We are continually looking to improve the range of products and services we offer to our members and have some big plans for the future, all of which will be reflected in our processes and procedures for the standards.”
