The BOSS Leaders of the Future (LOTF) committee are calling future leaders from BOSS member companies to join them at an intimate event prior to the BOSS industry Awards
Running from 11-3pm on 28 November at the Tower Guoman Hotel in London, Industry Leaders meet Future Leaders, aims to empower future leaders to meet some of the leading figures from the industry and to learn from their experiences.
The event will be an opportunity for our talented future leaders to ask questions, to network and to debate industry issues in small roundtable discussions with our industry leaders. With the opportunity to network one-on-one over lunch and to connect with other peers entering the industry across the supply chain, it’s a not-to-be-missed event for those with the potential to be the next shining lights of the industry. Chaired by Simon Drakeford, CEO, EO Group the following roundtable discussions will be hosted:
- Gary Naphtali, MD, Anglo Office Group: ‘Diversification, consolidation and expanding’
- Julie Hawley, MD, Office Friendly: ‘The challenges facing Dealers’
- Simone Hindmarch, MD, Commercial Group: ‘The importance of social and environmental sustainability in business’
- Steve Haworth, CEO, EVO Group: ‘Margin Management’.

BOSS members are invited to send one future leader within their company to this inspiring session for £100 + VAT (tickets for non members are £150 +VAT). This will include a ticket to the BOSS Awards (value £229 + VAT), where they can take their place on the LOTF committee table and continue their networking in a more informal setting. There are only 40 places available so spaces will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.
