Complete Business Solutions Group acquires Quality Business Solutions

Wakefield based Complete Business Solutions Group has acquired West Midlands based Quality Business Solutions, adding £20m turnover

The deal takes Completes run rate revenue above £165m and helps finish Completes regional/national infrastructure across the UK, adding more key people and sites where Complete has little or no presence and at the same time strengthening some sites where Complete and Quality share a presence.
Richard Coulson, CEO of Complete commented: “Edward, Jon and Dave have created a fantastic company with a fantastic, passionate workforce, they have a healthy mix of corporate and regional/local business, and a healthy mix of services that fit perfectly within our existing portfolio. Edward Barnshaw and Jon Khan are both stepping away from the company but Dave Phelps and his team are staying with us to help us drive Complete forward and we are all very much aligned on what the future service provider needs to look like and excited to be working together”.
Barnshaw Commented: “The decision to sell to Complete was really difficult, I would only sell to a company that values its staff and is striving to improve and Complete have a really exciting plan for the future that will transform the business services sector as we know it. I love what Rich and the Complete team are building and there is no doubt in my mind that Complete will be the leading service provider of the future across the UK, and I believe we have found a new owner who will help our team grow and I believe that our team will also make a significant contribution to Complete.”
