CTS Toner Supplies: COVID-19 information for customers

CTS Toner Supplies have released a statement regarding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic

The statement reads as follows: 

In light of the government’s announcement, I am writing to let you know that we have now asked the rest of our skeleton staff to remotely work at home if this is possible.
Our warehouse and operation remains open; deliveries are continuing as usual as it stands.
As a wholesale distributor serving many customers in the mail order business, we are well-positioned to serve our customers during this time of national crisis. Please be assured that CTS Toner Supplies Ltd are doing their bit to prevent the spread by implementing remote working and trying to keep essential warehouse personnel safe by keeping at least two metres apart, leaving doors open and ensuring surfaces are clean at all times. We are limiting the contact with our courier partners using appropriate distancing practices.
We’re supporting and following government guidelines to make sure we’re doing everything in our power to assist in beating COVID-19 while keeping the necessary supply chain.
Please note that during this period, we have closed our head office to all visitors and customers wanting direct pick up of orders as a precaution. Our sales team will continue to contact you by remote methods but our sales office in Shepton Mallet is also now closed.
These are unprecedented events and we anticipate that many of our customers will contact us or have uncharacteristic supply demands at this time, so we ask that you please bear with us and we will endeavour to keep your businesses and customers in full supply.
