Last week, Prima Software teamed up with Spicers and Exertis to host two further regional group meetings. As part of its ongoing drive to engage with dealers, Prima’s regional group meetings introduce new enhanced features, gain development feedback and tap into the knowledge of other dealers as well as Prima. The Midlands user group meeting was held at Spicers DDC in Birmingham.
Caroline Fulls from Scribble & Ink commented: “Thank you, Team Prima for another really valuable Prima day – we’ve come away with lots of things to implement and think on. It was great to get updated on all the developments that we’re not yet using, look at what’s in store for future release and benefit from conversation and practical tips from other dealers, as well as individual time with you guys. The Northern user group meeting was held at Exertis Supplies’ Elland headquarters. James Tissington from Worrall Business Supplies said: “Thanks to you guys once again for the user group meeting. It was a really useful day; always helpful to meet other dealers and discuss how we each use the software. Great to see the innovative new ideas that come from the developing team, and also as a dealer to be involved in finding ways to improve Prima software further.”
The next Prima user group meeting will be in Dublin on 7 June.
