Does someone in your business deserve a Professional of the Year award?

Have you, or has someone in your business, demonstrated a major contribution to the success of the company? With the BOSS Awards entry deadline now extended until Friday 16 August, you still have time to apply for the highly-coveted Professional of the Year Award.

Candidates are welcomed from any part of the business if they have played a significant part in recent company improvements, for example with IT systems, sales, customer services, accounting, operations, warehousing, delivery, product development, training and more.

There are two sections in this category:

  • Professional of the Year

  • Emerging Professional of the Year

People from all areas of the industry can enter; they can apply themselves or be nominated by colleagues. The award will be judged on the following criteria:

  • Record of achievement

  • Leadership ability

  • Energy and enthusiasm

  • Professionalism

  • Contribution to the company’s success

  • Contribution to customers, suppliers or outside stakeholders

You must provide a 750-word submission, stating your company and position and explain how you met the above criteria. You’ll also need recommendations from two referees.

There’s still time to apply – but hurry, entries will close on Friday 16 August, so send BOSS your submission to be in with a chance of winning this prestigious title.
