The EVO Group of companies has announced the acquisition of Midas Paper Converters Limited/Premier Vanguard Limited as it continues to execute its strategy and accelerate progress through targeted acquisition activity
Premier Vanguard is the largest independent manufacturer of paper rolls in the UK with a track record of growth and current sales of ca. £20m. It has also successfully diversified into retail, catering and pharmacy consumables making it one of the strongest suppliers of GNFR (goods not for resale) in the UK.
