Integra has welcomed newly-elected non-executive board member, Kevin Foot, managing director of Cowans Group, to the Integra Board. Foot boasts many years of experience in the industry, and brings a great deal of knowledge from a dealer’s perspective.
He commented: “I feel very privileged to have been appointed to the Integra board and look forward to joining the team. Despite challenging times within the industry, this is an exciting time for Integra. I hope I can provide a valuable contribution to the development of Integra over the coming months and look forward to the challenge.”
Aidan McDonough, CEO of Integra, added: “With Kevin’s extensive knowledge of the industry, I am sure he will bring new ideas and a fresh perspective to the board and I look forward to working more closely with him to develop the business further.”
Integra’s chairman Carl Dovey also commented: “I have known Kevin and his company some years and feel he will play an active part in guiding Integra in the future. Many congratulations.”
