The business supplies sector gathered on 27 November for the annual BOSS Awards, with more than 430 guests celebrating excellence and innovation across the industry

BOSS CEO Amy Hutchinson opened the evening, welcoming attendees and introducing newly appointed BOSS Chair Aidan McDonough in what marks a new chapter for the organisation.

This year’s event also spotlighted future talent through the Leaders of the Future (LOTF) segment, led by co-chairs Amy Remmer and James Day, who shared their ambitions for developing emerging leaders. A dedicated moment honoured the work of the BOSS Charity, with Chair Kelly Hilleard and Vice Chair Philip Wesolowski highlighting the vital support it provides to colleagues across the sector.

Comedian Seann Walsh hosted the ceremony, keeping the room engaged as winners were announced across a wide range of categories. The celebrations continued with a high-energy set from the Purple Cloud of Funk band, followed by a late-night after-party at The Vault, powered by Energizer.
