Quills Group has announced the successful acquisition of Online Office Products (OOP), effective from 1st July 2025

Online Office Products, founded by Mike and Jayne Martin, has earned a strong reputation over the years for its dependable service and customer-centric approach. Following decades of successful operation, the Martins have chosen to pass ownership of the business to Quills Group, a decision aimed at supporting the company’s long-term growth and ensuring continuity of service excellence for its loyal customer base.

As part of the acquisition, OOP team members John, Mellissa, and Mark will join Quills Group, continuing their roles in customer support and service delivery. Mike Martin will also remain actively involved in the business over the next 12 months, working alongside Quills Group Sales Director Tom Davinson to ensure a seamless transition for both customers and staff.
