ZenOffice has been awarded the Xerox Gold Concessionaire Partner of the year 2017 for the second year. It’s been a momentous year for ZenOffice’s Managed Print Services division having achieved a record 30% growth. The MPS division is headed up by Dale Needham and the team has continually achieved its targets with the help of its ongoing partnership with Xerox.
Needham’s division has consistently implemented new ways to better serve customers, showcasing thought leadership and providing solutions on IT security, workflow efficiencies, cost-saving and, more recently, GDPR.
Tracy Rabone, Xerox channel business manager, said: “This is great news for ZenOffice – an award well deserved.”
Last year the MPS division launched a new professional service partner programme, Zen Enterprise+, which has recently seen a successful partnership with Pure Technology Group, strengthening the ZenOffice MPS offering and proposition. It also increased its managed devices from 1,357 in 2016 to 2,200 at the end of 2017, with print volume increasing from 87 million to 94 million.
Needham said: “It’s great to work as part of such an amazing team who continually go above and beyond. Our success is achieved through the tenacity to always provide a first-class service to our valued customers.”
Les Kerr, group CEO of ZenOffice, added: “I can’t understate the significance of this achievement, especially when you consider we were up against some very successful competition. Some dealers have been trying for over 25 years to achieve this and we managed to do it on two consecutive occasions.”
The company’s key goal for 2018 is to further develop a learning culture within the MPS division and across the ZenOffice group, and to grow the team to make the customer journey more efficient, streamlining delivery and implementation.
