ECI Software Solutions has announced it has completed the acquisition of Netherlands-based Trivest Beheer B.V., a provider of smart vertical software solutions to the SME manufacturing sector
ECI previously announced on August 13 that it had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Trivest, with completion subject to specified regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Trivest provides industry-specific software solutions for small to mid-sized companies in the manufacturing sector. Its solutions include ERP (enterprise resource planning) software, APM (advanced production management system) software, MES (manufacturing execution system) software, CAD/CAM design software, business intelligence solutions and mobile applications.
This acquisition, which is ECI’s largest to date, will significantly expand its presence in Europe. Trivest’s nearly 3,000 customers and nearly 300 employees will join ECI’s manufacturing division, which serves small and medium-sized manufacturers in North America, Europe and Australia.
