Superstat has ramped up its social media posting service, ‘INSocial’, to help dealers stay engaged with their customers during this difficult period
The INSocial service is a series of weekly posts designed to keep customers and browsers aware of the dealers name and the services they offer. In an effort to help out dealers during the coronavirus pandemic the service will now be several posts per week at no extra cost.
The INBox email service will also increase to two campaigns per week during this period. It has never been more important to let customers know that businesses are still running, and to provide support to their customers who may be working from home.
Superstat’s marketing director Karly Haley commented: “We are standing stand side by side with our members and offering as much help and support as we can over the coming months. There will be tough times ahead but Superstat are providing engaging, relevant supportive content for dealers customers that will add value and keep them connected, even if they are forced to close.”
