Superstat has launched a new initiative to help sales professionals in the industry develop their sales approach
Taking place for one hour per month, the academy brings people together to learn, share problems and inspire each other, under the direction of the group’s tried and tested training partner and has been consciously designed to be affordable in terms of both money and time.
Partnering with Tony Goodwin of global sales training provider Sandler, the group want to help people break free from the traditional selling approach that could be hindering their own earning potential, and inhibiting business growth. Sandler training has helped over a million salespeople worldwide to improve their sales approach and Superstat has now adapted this to fit the office supplies sector.
The launch follows a series of free online training sessions held by Superstat during the pandemic, that attracted just under 300 sales professionals and received high praise from participants.
Superstat dealer Chris Kemp, MD of Office Specialties commented on the sessions that his team had attended: “It is so important that we all have our teams well trained to sell in the new climate, since the training we’ve seen a significant increase in staff motivation, and a couple things we’ve implemented from the training are making a positive impact in engagement with both our customers and prospects.”
Alex Dunn, MD of Superstat, said: “This industry has some of the best salespeople out there, but finding the time, materials and budget to train can be a challenge. At Superstat we are uniquely placed to be able to take advantage of economies of scale to offer monthly, online training sessions designed to people sell more effectively, make more money and ultimately achieve their business goals.”
Sandler Training is a sales approach that is life changing for many sales professionals, which is why the group have made this available to everyone to give them the opportunity to join in and experience the power of Sandler Training for themselves.
The Academy will be launched live during a short webinar on Friday 5th March 2021 at 11am, after which attendees will have the opportunity to sample the type of material on offer. Anyone interested can register here.
