Effective as of 1st April 2022, Kiran D. Mistry passes the day-to-day control of COLOP UK to fellow director, Chris Deighton
This is a long-planned transition and Kiran will stay on as Director and Shareholder on a part time basis supporting Chris.
Kiran stated: “It’s been a fruitful 12-year journey amalgamating three companies. This achieved, thanks to my team, past and present and together we helped establish the COLOP brand in the UK. I wish Chris every success as we remodel our business with our exciting Digital range, Arts and Crafts and our traditional products. This is a welcome next chapter in my professional and personal life”.
Chris added: “Since joining COLOP in March 2019 it has been a rapid rise and transition within the business. I joined at a very exciting time with the launch of the e-mark and COLOP Digital. Our three defined pillars now give COLOP a great platform to succeed on different fronts in various markets, and a challenge we all look forward to. Delighted that Kiran will continue to help drive our targets with his wealth of experience and contacts”.
Commenting on the change, fellow directors Christoph Skopek & Franz Ratzenberger said: “We would like to thank Kiran very much for the past years and are happy that he is still contributing with his great experience. With Chris, we have an extremely committed and valuable manager who will implement the already successfully initiated strategic steps, in a market which is extraordinarily important for COLOP”.
