ACS Group is pleased to announce a strategic alliance with Upstream Workplace Solutions, acquiring 50% of their company shares to enhance market presence and drive growth.
The partnership opens new avenues for innovation through the exchange of ideas, technologies, and best practices and will offer both businesses extended reach and enhanced services, creating greater value for their customers.
With combined revenues of £36 million, both businesses will continue to operate independently under their current brand names, but by combining supply chains and leveraging shared platforms, expertise and added size, they expect significant improvements in operational efficiencies and purchasing power.
