Senior members of the Advantia management team were at the marketing industry’s leading UK technology event in London recently.
They were there to make contact with new and exciting marketing technology suppliers and learn about the dynamic rapidly changing arena of online, virtual and robotics assisted marketing techniques and applications.
Steve Harrop, CEO at Advantia said: “The importance of the customer experience (CX) was at the heart of everything. The really big players in marketing technology, such as SAP were saying this, and this is completely in line with Advantia’s thinking.
“Technology can help us contact more people in a more personalised and targeted way, but the CX is what will ensure success. We have taken away a lot of new ideas and information and will be using this to further enhance Advantia’s support for our members.”
