Blackbox Solutions has expanded its team with the appointment of new Finance Manager, Nicki Graves.
With 15 years’ experience in finance and accountancy, Nicki will take over responsibility for implementing Blackbox Solutions’ switch to a new cloud-based service management and billing system, Vantage Online. The new system will give the company access to vital service information and financial data in real-time.
Developed specifically to meet the needs of the document solutions and office technology sector, Vantage Online will enable Blackbox Solutions to accurately manage all aspects of its service delivery, including monitoring its engineersand the usage of leased office technology equipment, and simplifying client billing.
As well as handling the implementation of the new Vantage Online platform, Nicki will oversee all aspects of Blackbox Solutions’ accounting and invoicing, in addition to working with senior directors to manage the company’s human resources department.
Commenting on her appointment, Nicki said: “I’m thrilled to be joining BlackboxSolutions at what is a very exciting and busy time for the company, as we prepare to launch the new Vantage Online system. I’m looking forward to ensuring a smooth change over to the new system to minimise any disruption to our clients.”
Previously, Nicki ran the finance and HR department at the UK division of global plastics manufacturer, Gabriel Chemie. She added: “There is a real emphasis on staff wellbeing at Blackbox Solutions, so I knew I’d fit in straight away.”
