Office furniture manufacturer, Dams, is striving to help customers grow their businesses by going the extra mile in terms of the marketing support.
The MyDams customer portal has been developed to bring all product details, images, stock information, customised promotion flyers and sales quotes together into a single place that’s easy to manage. It’s also had a bit of a makeover in the last week with a clean, responsive design, bringing a new look and feel to the customer portal.
There have also been some new updates to MyDams which have gone live in the last few months. The new ‘Downloads’ section allows users to download files quickly and easily, including CAD models, product images, company literature, policy documents, website product data files, order forms, promotions and more.
In the product library on the individual product pages, there’s now a feature to create a single-page product data sheet for all products – including images, product features, dimensions and specifications. Customers can personalise the product data sheets with their logo and company details using a saved banner header – all with just the click of a button.
Dams has a library of promotion flyers and literature available, across all product categories, to personalise with a company logo, contact information and pricing details. Users can now load all their selling prices using the easily-downloadable Excel file – so dealers can populate their promotion flyers in less than two minutes.
Dams also has a quoting system where users can create, send and manage all their quotes through the MyDams customer portal. MyQuotes also now has an export to Microsoft Excel option, where users can export the same quote details to an editable Excel file.
