Following months of consumer research and development, Derwent has announced its plans for CreativeWorld 2019.
Joined by British urban sketcher, Ian Fennelly, on stand E20 in hall 4.2, Derwent will be displaying a selection of product extensions designed to meet the needs of artists whatever their passion.
In 2019, Derwent will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of its Metallic Pencil collection by adding eight new colours and a range of limited edition gift sets. The range has been reformulated with shimmering metallic colour, smoother laydown and a highly blendable pencil – all key needs of consumers.
Derwent will also launch a range of premium leather storage accessories tailored to the needs of artists and designers. It is also re-launching the brand’s pen collection, and the Line Marker range will be extended to six new colours.
Additionally, Derwent is launching a VIP loyalty scheme to reward retailers with offers, point of sale communications and much more.
Mike Stranders, VP and general manager of Derwent, extolled the virtues of Derwent’s new offering: “We continue to further improve and extend our existing Professional and Academy ranges as well as enter new adjacent product categories with an appealing differentiated proposition while also broadening our appeal to new artists.
“Our aim remains to delight both artists and creatives and add value to our retail partners. We are also committed to continuing to enhance the consumer’s instore and online experience with Derwent by supporting our valued customers with exciting new POS communications and engaging digital content.”
