Next year’s annual fund-raising BOSS Charity Day – formerly the BenGolf day – will be held on Thursday 20 June 2019 at a new venue in central England.
Chairman Graeme Chapman, MBE, commented:
“Together, Charity Trustee Nigel Mitchell and I have visited six venues and researched many more, but have finally decided that Belton Woods, near Grantham, offers us everything we are looking for. This venue and golf course has been used by several groups in our industry and has received excellent reviews: the attention to detail from the Belton Woods staff – as well as their communication skills – was impressive, and we believe we have negotiated a competitive deal for our Charity.”
The 2019 BOSS Charity Day sees further changes, with Philip Wesolowski (MD, Staedtler UK) taking over the running of the famous BENGOLF competition from Stanley Vaughan.
As in recent years – the 2019 BOSS Charity Day will not just be about golf, with spa (organised once again by Marie Challis of Antalis) and other activities being planned to suit all tastes.
