Your team is, arguably, your biggest asset and investment in them is a direct investment in your business. When looking to future proof your teams and ensure new recruits stay, it’s worth noting that 87% of millennials say that professional training and career growth is very important to them.
Here’s where BOSS can help. CEO Amy Hutchinson is delighted to announce that BOSS will be enrolling new cohorts of students for its Level 5 Management Programme this September.
Working with partners at the BPIF, BOSS is able to offer this internationally-recognised qualification at foundation degree level. Aimed at your established, new and aspiring middle managers, the course is designed to develop and consolidate leadership knowledge, skills and behaviours with key modules in the following:
- Critical thinking
- Making a financial case
- Continuing professional development
- Performance management
- Negotiation and persuasion
- Continuous improvement techniques
- Managing improvement
- Understanding the management role
- Law
- Delegation
- Leading innovation and change
Run in cohorts of 12, the programme will add value not only to the learner but will have direct impact on the business, as projects are encouraged to focus on real life business issues aiming to improve productivity and efficiencies.
Funding is available, with the BPIF able to access 95% funding of the total cost of the course for non-levy payers, which means an employer contribution of just £350. Levy payers can use their digital credits to fund 100% of the total cost of the course.
