Exacompta nominated for prestigious European awards

ExaClair Limited, the UK subsidiary of the Exacompta Clairefontaine group, is delighted to announce that Exacompta have been nominated within two categories at the upcoming 2022 European Office Product Awards (EOPA)

Firstly, the Eterneco range of stationery products has been nominated for the ‘Business Product of the Year’ award, which acknowledges innovative products. In addition, Exacompta have been shortlisted within the ‘Vendor of the Year’ category.

The initial selection of Eterneco filing and organisational accessories was created as a result of a growing demand for more ecologically aware office products.  The items within this collection are made from a combination of recycled card and wood residue that is sourced from responsible FSC® certified forests.  This is then treated with a plant-based oil coating that enhances durability and water-resistancy.  Due to its popularity, the collection has now been expanded to feature a range of new desktop products and luggage items.

Lawrence Savage, marketing manager at ExaClair, was ecstatic with the nominations: “We are thrilled to have been shortlisted for these awards. It illustrates the innovation and endeavour of those involved in the design and manufacturing processes of this range.  Exacompta are dedicated to helping reduce the effects on the Earth’s climate by manufacturing more ecologically aware products which can become part of a circular economy. The Eterneco range helps create efficient office and study spaces that look good whilst also being environmentally responsible.”

Commenting on Exacompta making the shortlist for ‘Vendor of the Year’, he added: ‘Although there have been many obstacles during the past couple of years, we’ve seen steady progress throughout Europe.  Both the pandemic and Brexit have given us opportunities to review and enhance our operations as a whole.  The business has become much more dynamic in relation to order processing and sales support, as well as developing a greater flexibility in our distribution logistics.’ 

All the winners will be announced at the EOPA Awards, which is being held in Amsterdam on 22^nd March.
