Exertis has announced the restructure of some key staff in its UK finance team to create focus on operational excellence
The business is pleased to announce Gary Hollington as business transformation director. Gary’s knowledge of Exertis makes him a natural fit for this role, and will focus on optimising front and back office business processes ensuring that they are easily scalable, driving operational efficiencies, and enabling the provision of timely and quality decision support information.
Gary said: “Operational excellence is a key part of the Exertis strategy, and I am delighted that I will be able to support delivery of this through the business transformation director role. For me it’s a great opportunity to widen my knowledge base in Exertis and apply my previous transformation experience to help our business spend less time looking internally, and more time supporting our vendors and customers.”
Chris Banks will be stepping up to replace Gary as group financial controller.
Richard Hinds, chief operating officer, Exertis UK&I, said: “Recent months have seen businesses impacted in a variety of ways, and at Exertis, we are constantly assessing how our business is best equipped and structured. I’m confident that these steps will help us respond to any future challenges in the best possible way. We wish each of these individuals in new roles every success for the future.”
