InControl Marketing has integrated its marketing platform, which is used widely throughout the office and IT supplies industry, with FusionPlus Data
The platform’s ‘create your own’ module, which empowers resellers to create their own email content from a wide range of templates now links directly to rich product content from FusionPlus Data. The integration is launched this month and is bundled with a range of upgrade features.
Nicola Murray, MD at Sundry Supplies Ltd, commented: “We’re very impressed with the new ‘create your own’ feature. It’s simple to use with available rich content from all our major supply partners. It saves us precious time and, importantly, will enable us to build professional emails to our clients on responsive templates to proactively communicate our increasingly diverse range of products and services available to client – increasing awareness, engagement and ultimately sales.”
Nigel Busby, MD at InControl Marketing, explained: “The integration with FusionPlus Data is a natural fit. Resellers now have easy access to rich content for many hundreds of thousands of products, spanning all major business supplies categories from FusionPlus Data’s ever-growing list of supplier partners. By simply selecting the desired Catalogue and then entering the product code, the email template is automatically populated with perfectly formatted images and supporting text.
Steve Bilton, MD at FusionPlus Data, added: “As soon as we saw a demo of the ‘create your own’ module it was obvious that this, combined with our enriched supplier partner content, would prove to be a very powerful tool for the resellers.
“Both organisations share the ‘helping all in the supply chain to sell more stuff’ ethos, so we’re really looking forward to working more closely with Nigel, Simon and the InControl team and we’re excited to see how this develops further….which it will!”
Busby concluded: “Our role is to improve productivity and profitability in sales channels by making marketing simpler, more accessible, accountable and relevant. This enhancement is a significant milestone and demonstrates our continued desire to become part of the software stack, integrating with e-commerce, CRM and back-office providers in our channel. Further integration with a leading software house will follow next month”.
