Since being founded in May 1997 through the merger of Instat, the first dealer group of its kind, and The National Dealer Alliance (NDA), Integra has played a pivotal role in the industry and in supporting independent dealers. Integra, a member owned, non-profit making organisation, is highly respected within the channel and has a long standing reputation for integrity and transparency.
To celebrate 25 years in business and to thank members for their continued support, Integra will be announcing initiatives during 2022 including community donations, prize draws, supplier promotions and additional rebates.
Integra’s CEO, Aidan McDonough, comments: “It’s fair to say that we have faced many adversities over the last 25 years with 2020 and 2021 being exceptionally challenging. However, as our ethos ‘Strength Through Unity’ reflects, we have come together as a group to support each other – from our member community and our key partners to the team at Integra. We have maintained our strong position within the industry and, through prudent financial management, a robust balance sheet to ensure we can continue to support dealers through 2022 and beyond.
We have achieved the fantastic milestone of 25 years thanks to the commitment of our members and suppliers, and the hard work of the Integra team behind the scenes. We look forward to celebrating our 25th Anniversary during 2022 and the resilience of the independent dealer channel.”
Further details of Integra’s 25 Year celebrations will be announced throughout the coming months, including information about its National Conference being held at the Hilton, St Georges Park on 10th November 2022, where Integra’s members and key partners are invited to celebrate this fantastic achievement.
