Integra Business Solutions is delighted to have been awarded the ‘Initiative of the Year’ award at the recent 19th European Office Products Awards (EOPA), held at the Hotel Okura in Amsterdam on 9 March 2020
Integra was presented with this award for its highly successful ‘i-merge’ platform, a confidential service designed to bring businesses looking to buy or sell a dealership together. Tapping into the perennial issue of succession planning, this initiative, so said the judges, solves a current need in the market, and helps to secure the future prosperity of the independent dealer channel. The platform has already benefited numerous dealers since its inception.
Aidan McDonough, Integra CEO, commented: “We are delighted to receive this award which recognises the importance of our i-merge platform. Particularly in the current climate, independent dealers are facing unprecedented challenges. We have already helped many of our members to successfully buy or sell a business and navigate around the many pitfalls. We will continue to provide as much support as possible not just to our members but any independent dealer looking at their succession plans.”
The annual EOPA were once again presented as part of OPI’s partnership event – which this year, for the sixth time, brought together senior executives from Europe’s reseller and vendor communities for strategic one-to-one meetings.
The EOPA 2020 presentation dinner was attended by leading industry figures from across Europe. It was an evening of celebration with plenty of fine food and wine, and a chance to highlight some great products, initiatives, companies and individuals from the business supplies industry.
Commenting on this year’s EOPA, OPI CEO Steve Hilleard, who is also the Chairman of the EOPA judging panel, said: “For the 19th time this year, leaders from the European business supplies sector came together to reward the best of what our industry has to offer – innovative products, inspiring campaigns and initiatives, and outstanding companies and individuals.”
