Kodak Alaris and Publisure have announced a partnership which will combine the Publisure fully integrated multi-channel communications platform with data capture solutions from Kodak Alaris

Publisure delivers a ‘best of breed’ hybrid mail and digital delivery platform that future-proofs organisations’ outbound communications. By integrating scanners and software from Kodak Alaris, customers benefit from a complete solution for inbound and outbound content management. Once a document has been digitised and metadata extracted by the Kodak Alaris solution (a QR code/barcode identifies the originating user and document), the document is indexed alongside the original to form part of the ongoing ‘conversation’ with the recipient. Publisure is fully integrated with Kodak Info Input Solution to enable instant data capture from a variety of document types, with automatic separation, classification, extraction, and validation of all data for seamless delivery into business systems, which is key to driving productivity on an enterprise scale.
