Nectere are delighted to announce the completion of a change of ownership following a management buyout of the company
Established over 30 years ago by the founders Paul and Serena Musgrove, the business has built to be the leading provider of business services to its dealer network across the UK and Ireland. Paul and Serena have now taken the opportunity to hand over the business to the management team and will retire from the business, while continuing to support Nectere as consultants.
Paul explained “the MBO has been carefully structured to secure the future of the business and allows Serena and I to focus on our health”. Serena added “we’re very proud of the business and team we’ve built over the past thirty years, and whilst it’s an emotional time for Paul and I, we know that the team and the company will go from strength to strength”.
The Nectere board, Mike O’Reilly, Heema Naik and Andrea Eli, together with Steve Harrop demonstrate the breadth and experience needed to deliver ongoing growth for the business and its dealers.
As the industry’s only recognised service bureau supporting resellers with the lowest cost-to-serve model, Nectere continues to demonstrate the diversity of both the wider range of supply choices and the need to deliver improved profitable options to our partners.
