Former Nectere Business Development Manager, Anne Cooper, joins the dealer group in a strategic move to enhance communication and support for members, signaling a commitment to tailored engagement and business growth
Managing Director Tim Beaumont is delighted with the appointment: “We have taken the decision to shake-up the way we work with our members to ensure that we are getting the right level of communication and engagement, with the ability to better understand their businesses and where we can add value.
“We know that we have marketing tools, supplier agreements and service providers that will help to grow a dealer’s business. We see that on a daily basis, but we also appreciate that more members would benefit from increased engagement and to do that we have to make sure we tailor the offering that is right for them. Having also invested in a new CRM system, it seemed logical to recruit someone with vast industry experience to come in and accelerate our membership engagement strategy and work much closer with members to deliver success for their business.
On joining the group Anne, who also has wholesaler experience with Kingfield Heath, commented: “I am excited to be part of a team that is so progressive in its outlook and is making bold steps to remodel the way it works with members. Having been in the industry for many years I am very familiar with what dealer groups do and the role they play, but having spent even just one week at Nemo Office Club I am amazed at the extent of the offering and am looking forward to engaging with members to help them best utilise all that is available.”
Having recently invested further in a CRM system for managing member information and communications, Nemo Office Club is also recruiting a Membership Engagement Coordinator to work closely with dealers using the many marketing services to ensure they are maximising the benefits on offer.
