Nicky Rosslee has joined the team as client experience advisor, bringing with her over 15 years of hands-on hospitality experience across both South Africa and England. With a deep-rooted passion for the industry, Nicky’s expertise is already proving invaluable in enhancing the service and support offered to United UK’s hospitality clients. Her industry insight and dedication to excellence are expected to play a central role in elevating the client experience.
In addition, Alex Taylor has been appointed as new business consultant. With an extensive background in the hospitality sector, Alex’s focus will be on engaging with new multisite operators. Her objective is to showcase how United UK’s tailored solutions can deliver measurable benefits – saving time, reducing costs, and lowering Scope 3 emissions. Alex’s work will be instrumental in helping clients operate more sustainably and efficiently.
