Sad passing of Egan Reid chairman and founder

Leading independent dealer Egan Reid are mourning their chairman and founder Jack Reid, who has sadly passed away at the age of 90

Jack was managing directors Martin and Andrew Reid’s father and, over the years, saw the company he founded with business partner Jim Egan back in 1957 develop from a Manchester-based printers to the complete workplace solutions provider it is now, with sites in Greater Manchester, Bradford, Lincoln and the Isle of Man.

He always retained a keen interest in the business and in recent years witnessed sales director grandson Charlie become the third generation of the Reid family to join Egan Reid.
