Spicers OfficeTeam has announced the appointment of Naheeda Howard as group CSR manager
Howard will create an overarching strategic plan to deliver CSR across SPOT Group operations and supply chain adding value to their customer base.
With over 10 years corporate social responsibility & sustainability experience, Howard joins after providing sustainability consultancy services to Tesco, focusing on organisational change within retail operations. Prior to this, Howard formed part of the senior management team with Global Action Plan, a charitable sustainability consultancy specialising in behaviour change. Previously, Howard served as the retail CSR lead for Argos, delivering impactful social value and sustainability initiatives across the organisation. Howard built her foundation in CSR whilst working in sustainability in the public sector.
Howard has a solid grounding in social justice and sustainability issues having MSc in Environment and Sustainable Development from the world leading development planning unit, UCL as well as being a practitioner member of the institute of environmental management and assessment.

Howard started the role at the beginning of the year and reports in to the SPOT Group marketing director Kelly de Silva.
