TA Triumph-Adler has announced two new staff appointments within its telesales team: Catisa Ash and Samantha Daniels in the roles of telesales and support executives.
Ash joins with 11 years managerial experience gained within the retail sector. She is eager to approach the sales process from a different perspective and is looking forward to a change in career path.
Sam also looks forward to a change, having previously worked in the retail, catering and childcare industries on a part time basis, whilst also managing her young family.
TA Triumph-Adler’s UK division was established in 2013 and has witnessed multiple advances in the business and print sectors in the past five years. With the increase in demand from businesses for more efficient and improved workflows, head of TA Triumph-Adler sales, Sean Howarth believes that the time is right to expand the team.
Howarth comments: “Our customers are continually looking for solutions that introduce efficiencies and cost savings. They need their technology to work smarter and are looking for us to recommend solutions that help them. With the increase in demand that we are experiencing we feel it is only right to invest in our Telesales Team, which is the first point of contact for many of our prospective customers. Our confident and skilled team members and award winning hardware combined with our versatile solutions will assist provide suitable solutions for existing and prospective customers.”
The document solutions sector is changing rapidly – it’s no longer a case of selling copiers or printers on a contract. A Quocirca Insight Study, ‘The print industry is optimistic about the future’, recognises that significant changes are needed across business structure, culture and innovation. And, while many organisations expect print to remain key to many business activities, digitisation is also set to accelerate.
Shaun Wilkinson, MD, adds: “We are confident that these latest personnel appointments will bring a boost of positive energy to our Telesales Team. We’re looking forward to training both Catisa and Samantha and feel they both have the right skills and attitude to help our business achieve its ambitious growth targets for the year ahead.”
