Vidicode UK supports former Retell customers and partners

“The sad demise and winding up of call recording manufacturer Retell should not leave their partners and customers in the lurch,” says Vidicode UK’s MD Everton Stuart.

Retell finally closed its doors on the call recording industry in February 2022, and Stuart, MD of Vidicode UK, has purchased the IP, assets, and goodwill of his former employer as well as redeploying former Retell staff.

Everton Stuart said, “Our vision is to transition customers from Retell’s Sense call recording system to the Vidicode Apresa with its many new compliance and compatibility benefits and to make this possible with a flexible and discounted upgrade path. However, we appreciate that some customers will want to stick with their current system, so we will offer technical and administrative support through our team of former Retell employees.

“For both old and new partners, Apresa offers more profit opportunities with many free features, including screen recording, compatibility with more systems, extension side recording on 3CX and options for on-premise, cloud, or hosted call recording.”
