At a time of significant disruption both inside and outside of the industry, VOW has acknowledged the fantastic efforts of its supporting customers in spite of the challenging trading landscape.
Adrian Butler, VOW MD, went public in his praise of the dealer community’s ability and success in pivoting their businesses to meet new demands, adapting their services and ranges to meet the requirement for flexible remote working.
Demand for home office equipment, cleaning and hygiene products and unsurprisingly PPE have been at record levels. The wholesaler is now seeing a returning demand for traditional office supplies ranges, as home workers start to replace exhausted supplies and offices begin to return following the relaxation of lockdown rules.
As a gesture of thanks and as a small recognition of their ongoing support, VOW has announced that it will provide its loyal supporting resellers with an additional 2% rebate on certain purchases of traditional office products during the month of May, to be paid out at the end of June.
Butler says, “It’s been a very tough time for dealers who have done all they can to push on while contending with the many challenges presented by the current situation. We are very grateful for the way our supporting customers have worked collaboratively with us and this is an opportunity to show our gratitude for their loyalty.”
VOW will communicate full details of the bonus to resellers via the normal channels.
