Xerox has announced that Dan Cooper will be taking control of its subsidiary, Global Imaging Systems.
Cooper takes the helm from former CEO Tom Salierno, who was in the role for six years and will retire in April.
According to OPI, Cooper said of his new job title: “We’re making great strides in the small-and-medium-sized business market, and I plan to continue that ascent by growing the GIS companies.”
He has been a part of the GIS team for almost two decades, so he is well-placed with high levels of expertise to take on this new responsibility.
