Zebra Pen appoints new MD

Zebra Pen (UK) Ltd, has appointed Andy Hales in the role of UK MD

Hales will be managing business operations for the UK market going forward. The new appointment is the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the rapidly growing UK subsidiary writing instrument company.

Hales has 11 years’ experience with Zebra Pen and has a proven track record in the writing instruments sector and he now becomes a pivotal member of the Zebra Pen Global Team. Previously, Hales was UK general manager for two years, heading up the Zebra UK sales and internal team and a national account manager for nine years prior to that.

Significant double digit percentage growth over the last couple of years has meant a new strategy for the UK as part of the Zebra Global Subsidiaries team.

Hales said: “It’s a huge honour to have been appointed MD at Zebra Pen UK, especially at such an exciting time for the company. We are beginning to see a marked increase in sales and product opportunities in the UK. With strong foundations for this growth, I am confident that we can continue to build on this success and drive our strategic vision forward.”
