The Antalis Interior Design Award, established in 2017, is a celebration of the use of visual media in interior design projects around the world
From 1 October until 31 January 2020, interior designers, architects, printers, brand owners and design colleges are invited to submit their best projects that use at least one product from the Antalis visual communication catalogue.
It is anticipated that this second edition of the Antalis Interior Design Award will build on the success of the first in 2017, which attracted close to 350 projects from 29 countries.
A jury of leading figures in the global design arena will evaluate each entry to determine the most creative and skilled project in each category.

Under the maxim ‘Just print your imagination’, the competition encourages creativity to run free.
A total of nine winners will be announced in March 2020 at FESPA in Madrid. In addition to a monetary prize, winners will benefit from extensive media coverage, visibility on the Antalis Award Gallery and other Antalis websites, on social media channels, and at international trade shows and customer events in Europe and beyond.
Completed projects
The competition will reward the finest projects completed or begun in 2018. Professionals can compete in any, or all five of the following categories: hospitality, retail, office, home and public building.
Blank 3D model projects – co-working
Professionals and design colleges who do not have a completed or current project to submit are able to showcase their talent by reinventing 3D models of workspaces using solutions from the Antalis visual communication catalogue.
Public recognition award
A special cross-category award will be presented to the participant whose project wins the heart of the public and receives the most ‘likes’ on the Antalis Interior Design Award website.
Textile and Architectural Films awards
To promote creativity using a variety of products, two new categories have been added: textile and architectural films.
Applicants using Antalis textile products or Antalis architectural films in their projects can submit to one or both of these awards.
Xavier Jouvet, group marketing and purchasing director at Antalis International said: “Following the success of the first Antalis Interior Design Awards, we want to continue building a platform to support interior design professionals in Europe and all around the world, offering them our visual communication expertise whilst promoting their creativity and vision through their stand-out projects.
“This competition enables designers to push the boundaries of creativity while benefiting from substantial media exposure to further their goals and establish themselves as an inspiration for others.”
