Brother UK has recently scooped up three awards from its reseller partners, each recognising the vendor’s commitment to supporting the IT channel.
Brother UK was voted Manufacturer of the Year by Integra. Voted for by members, it received the award for its innovative products, promotional activity and strong level of customer service.
The vendor was also awarded Brand of the Year by Superstat, in recognition of its marketing activity and CSR credentials.
Meanwhile, Brother’s VC-500W label printer won Office Friendly’s Best Product Award. Launched this summer, the device has created new opportunities for resellers to supply into the office market.
Sara Diggle, head of reseller sales at Brother UK, said: “We’re incredibly proud to receive this recognition from not one but three dealer group partners.
“We’re committed to working side by side with our resellers to help them grow their business. Accolades such as these help to demonstrate we’re doing just that – both in terms of our solutions and our customer service”.
These accolades follow a successful 2018 for Brother UK which saw it secure some of the country’s most prestigious business awards, including a Queen’s Award for Sustainable Development for the second time, and a Princess Royal Training Award for its learning and development programme.
