Complete Business Solutions has acquired OfficeGold, Simply Outsourced and Anglo Office Group, taking it over £100m in annual turnover.
OfficeGold is an £11m turnover business supplies and services company which also provides value-added business and managed services, including food and beverages. Richard Coulson, CEO of Complete commented:
“OG are a fantastic business and an excellent addition to Complete. Michael Loftus, managing director, and his excellent team are already orienting the company into business services. We are aligned on what the future needs to look like and we are excited to be working together. We already have a base in Surrey and Hampshire and this acquisition gives our presence there a real boost”.
Complete also acquired Simply Outsourced, an IT and Technical services company based in Newmarket, Cambridgeshire with turnover of £6m from joint founders and directors David Chicken and Clive Moseley. Coulson commented: “David and Clive have built a great business. We share the same views on the ways in which technology will shape the future and on how we create a forward-thinking technology division within the Completes portfolio.”
More recently, Complete acquired London based Anglo Office Group, a leading provider of managed services in London with a turnover of £8m. Coulson added: “Anglo have an enviable reputation within the city of London. Their mentality and views on the services we should be providing clients fit perfectly with our vision for the future. Gary Naphtali, Anglo’s managing director is staying on as regional managing director within the CBS group, and Russell Hodson is also staying on as Anglo’s commercial director. I am very pleased to be working with them and their teams”.
Complete concluded an investment from Abercross Holdings in late December 2017 to help expedite its strategic plan to build a national business services company over the next 5 years.
Coulson concluded: “I am really pleased with the progress we are making, these acquisitions are a perfect fit for us and our strategic plan, they add another £25m of profitable turnover, more fantastic staff, strong management, more specialisms and 4 complementary locations taking us to 20 strategically place regional locations through the UK. This is a very exciting time for everyone connected with Complete as we continue to build out our national platform and the Complete portfolio.”
