On-Site Scanning has just moved into Kelburn Business Park development in Port Glasgow.
Established in Inverclyde in 2006, On-Site Scanning is forecasting annual sales this year of £1m. The company offers document management solutions and currently employs 47 people, all of whom are engaged in high-security high volume scanning of paper-based documents. This is predominantly done for NHS boards and trusts throughout the UK, as well as private sector clients.
By digitising paper records, clients improve their accessibility and security, reduce administration costs, save space and enhance the levels of service they offer their patients and customers
Ross Campbell and Barry Higgins, joint managing directors of On-Site Scanning said: “Capturing data is essential in delivering efficiency and compliance. Our recent contract award for the digitisation of 28 GP Surgeries in nine months is testament to our proven track record and excellent long-standing relationship with NHS trusts and boards across the UK.
“In addition, our Subject Access Request managed service is GDPR compliant and has been fully vetted by information governance and security managers on behalf of health boards and trusts across the UK as well as the Information Commissioner’s Office. Its organic growth shows its popularity with GP practices across the UK.”
The company’s recent move to its new headquarters at Kelburn Business Park has resulted in a doubling of its workforce, most of whom are Inverclyde locals.
Campbell added: “Our existing client contracts require significant input from our highly-efficient colleagues and we value enormously their contribution to the company’s success. We are currently seeking further, new contracts which will help us sustain and, perhaps, increase the size of our workforce.”
