Midwich is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonny Francis to sales and marketing director, and Steve Fay to external sales director, as of January 2019. These announcements follow the news that, as of 31 May, long-serving sales director, Iain Campbell, is stepping down in order to pursue new ventures outside the industry.
Campbell commented: “Since entering the industry in 1995 and joining Midwich in 2006 following the acquisition of True Colours, I have been lucky to meet some fantastic people on the way.
“Midwich really is all about the customers and employees and I am proud to have worked alongside the best in the business. The development of Midwich into a global distributor has been truly amazing and I am happy to have played my small part in helping it be successful.”
Mark Lowe, Midwich MD, added: “Since joining the business in 2006, Iain has played a significant role in the management team and been instrumental in the adoption of technical AV within our distribution portfolio. I’d like to wish Iain all the best with his new venture and at the same time, wish Jonny and Steve continued success at Midwich in their new roles.”
Francis said: “We are both excited by the new challenges that our new roles will present us. We’re most excited about the opportunity to continue supporting the ongoing development of the great people at Midwich as well as reinforcing the relationships with our vendors and customers.
