In an exciting partnership, MCS Group and Woodbank Office Solutions will be providing top-notch Managed Print Services to MCS Group’s clients, highlighting the importance of strong business relationships.
In early September Managed IT company MCS Group, based in Merseyside, made contact with Woodbank Office Solutions Ltd, one of the North-West’s leading Managed Print Service providers, looking for a new multifunctional office printer and booklet finisher for their own offices. Woodbank MD, Janet Bowden, immediately picked up the enquiry.
The Directors at MCS Group were impressed with the response, quality, and speed of service Woodbank Office Solutions provided.
“As a company providing IT Support, Cyber Security, and Telecoms, our customers enquire if we also provide managed print services. We’ve considered partnerships before and are very conscious of the relationships we build; if it goes wrong it reflects on us. Because of the overall experience we’ve had with Woodbank as a customer, we knew they were the business we’d like to work with,” said Steve Marsden, Director at MCS Group. “It was great for the Directors to meet one of Woodbank’s Account Managers, Dave Duffy, who’s also based in Merseyside, to go into more detail and plan how we could work together.”
From October 2023, Woodbank Office Solutions will look after the new Managed Print Service requirements for MCS Group clients as and when they are needed. Woodbank MD, Janet Bowden added: “We often receive enquiries from IT companies when their clients need Managed Print Services. It’s great when one of those IT companies is a new customer; It’s more rewarding when they approach you to discuss working in partnership because of your shared values as a business. We look forward to supporting the Directors, the MCS Group, and their clients.”
