The move marks a significant step in Oli’s career at Prima, where he has spent over a decade playing a key role in the growth and success of the company. Most recently, Oli led the Customer Services team, which under his guidance became the largest and most capable in Prima’s history. With a strong leadership structure now in place – Steve Dennis as customer operations director and Molly Clarke as customer services supervisor – Prima continues to strengthen its strategic growth plan.
