Local business services provider, Supplies Web, proudly accepted the coveted ‘Dealer Excellence of the Year’ Award at the prestigious BOSS Federation Industry Awards
These awards recognise and celebrate those in the UK business supplies industry who demonstrate excellence, either individually or through the success of their business and are attended by over 450 guests.
Supplies Web were highly commended by the judging panel notably for its strategic approach—combining organic growth, acquisitions, and diversification to achieve achieved an outstanding 18% growth from 2022 to 2023. Judges also highlighted the company’s overwhelmingly positive customer feedback, with an impressive 62% receiving a perfect 10/10 in customer surveys, a rarity in the industry without specific loyalty tools and its 8-week customer care program for setting high standards.
Supplies Web’s has also created local employment opportunities by successfully diversifying into new categories and extending its services and supported by membership of Integra Business Solutions and its Catalyst program, has achieved excellence in all areas of the business, from e-commerce to sustainability.

Supplies Web started from two briefcases, two home offices and an idea back in 2009 with a vision to put the customer first, save them money and provide reliability and efficiency.

Clients embraced our proposition, the business grew quickly, we moved out of the two home offices, and we now have two regional hubs, our own logistics and a fantastic Supplies Web family of over 20 staff!
